1. You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return from the date of receipt. If this item is in you for more than 7 days and it is considered to be used, we will not issue you for a refund or replacement. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return.
2. All returned items must be placed in the original packaging, you must provide us with the shipping tracking number, the specific reason for the return, and your po#.
3. We will refund your full investment after receiving the original conditions and packaging of the item including all components and accessories, and the buyer and seller cancel the transaction from Galaxigift. OR, you may choose to have a replacement.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
- Defected items Must Be reported and returned within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your number.
- Prior to any return, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained by contacting the seller. Any Products returned to us without an RMA will be sent back to the buyer at his/her expense. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning and merchandise.
